Materials and options
What wood are the kitchens made of?+
Made of double-planed FSC-certified Douglas fir. The worktops are a different material; that's listed with each model.
What does the nano coating do?+
It soaks into the wood and invisibly protects against water, oil, UV light and weather. You can't see it; the wood stays wood.
What is a pop-up socket?+
A power strip that disappears into the worktop when you're not using it.
What tap connection does it have?+
The tap has 3/8 connections. Want to connect it to a garden hose coupling? Then you need an insert nipple; we have those.
Can I move the kitchen?+
Yes, all kitchens stand on wheels.
Order
How long is a quote valid?+
Four weeks. If it has expired, just email us: we can usually still use it.
Can I still change my order?+
That depends on how far along it is. Email us as soon as possible; as long as the kitchen is not yet in production, a lot is possible.
Payment
How can I pay?+
In advance with Bancontact, credit card, PayPal or Klarna, or on delivery. Paying by invoice is not possible.
Delivery and returns
Who delivers my kitchen?+
In Belgium, shipments over 24 kilos go with Hoekstra Transport. Parcels under 24 kilos go with PostNL.
Where do you deliver to?+
Up to the first threshold. The driver does not wheel the kitchen into the garden.
How do I return something?+
That goes to our return address in Almelo (Slachthuiskade 36, 7602 CV Almelo). The cost of sending it back is yours. Exactly how it works is explained in the right of withdrawal.
